Who We Are

ShipAudit is operated as a validation product under www.laws3.net. Customer and security contact: security@laws3.net. Infrastructure accounts may use admin@laws3.net and are not a customer support channel.

What We Collect

  • Founding review forms: name, email, app URL, stack, optional launch date and free-text context. Drafts may be stored in your browser sessionStorage until you navigate away.
  • Email: messages you send to security@laws3.net.
  • Payments: processed by the merchant of record (Creem and/or Stripe when configured). We receive payment confirmation metadata needed to fulfill orders; card data is handled by the processor.
  • Waitlist: email and optional domain if you join the automatic-scan waitlist.
  • Hosting logs: standard CDN/request logs from Cloudflare or the static host (IP truncated or hashed where we control storage per future API design).

What We Do Not Want

Do not send passwords, session cookies, Authorization headers, production secrets or database credentials. If you send them by mistake, tell us immediately so we can delete them from mailboxes.

How We Use Data

  • Deliver Founding Expert Reviews and related support
  • Record orders, refunds and SLA timelines
  • Improve checklist quality using aggregated, non-secret lessons
  • Contact waitlist subscribers when automation is ready (no guaranteed date)

Retention

Order and delivery records are kept as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling and product improvement. Waitlist emails can be removed on request. Future automated reports (not yet live) are planned for ~90-day default retention.

Sharing

We share data with payment processors and hosting providers as required to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Your Requests

Email security@laws3.net to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, subject to legal retention needs for paid orders.
